Managed Code is an AI automation agency. We automate time-consuming business processes—from intake and extraction to routing, approvals, and follow-up. Our agents work inside the systems your team already uses. Every workflow is tested, operates under human sign-off, and leaves a complete audit trail. We start by mapping one workflow, then automate what's worth automating.
The goal isn't to automate everything. It's to automate the right things, prove they work, and leave your team doing the parts that actually need a human.
PROOF — MANAGED CODE, ON ITSELF
We didn't learn this from a deck. We run it on our own company. Through 2026 we automated three of our own back-office functions with the same AI-and-integration approach we sell: Finance, SEO, and Content pipelines that absorb roughly the workload of two mid-market full-time hires, without two extra salaries on payroll. That's automation done right: more output from the same team, spent on the work that pays back.
Requests, forms, emails, and documents arrive through a handful of channels and get retyped by hand. We capture them once, structure them, and start the process automatically.
02
Document extraction
Invoices, contracts, applications, and PDFs read and turned into clean, structured data, with confidence scores, so low-certainty items go to a person instead of quietly going wrong.
03
Routing
Every request sent to the right queue, team, or person based on your rules, not on whoever happens to see it first.
04
Approvals
Approval steps that run themselves when they're routine and escalate when they're not, with the full trail of who approved what and when.
05
Follow-up
The follow-up nobody enjoys - reminders, status updates, second requests - happens on time, every time, automatically.
06
Reporting
The weekly numbers pulled, assembled, and delivered automatically, so the report writes itself instead of eating a Friday afternoon.
We map one real process end to end: where it starts, where it stalls, and where a human decision actually matters. This tells us what's worth automating and what should stay manual. Business process automation services fail when they skip this and automate a broken process faster.
STEP 2
Build
We build the automation with AI where judgment is needed and plain integrations where it isn't, with tests from the start. Every step has a fallback, and anything uncertain routes to a person.
STEP 3
Integrate
We connect it to the systems you already use (CRM, ERP, ticketing, email, spreadsheets, internal APIs) so work moves between them without a human as the copy-paste layer.
step 4
Measure
We ship to production with logging and a full audit trail, then measure against real volume: time saved, error rate, throughput. You get the numbers, and we tune from there.
(01)
It took the Managed Code team five months to build the application, as initially planned. The app that Managed Code developed runs smoothly, is highly rated by users, and helps the client generate a steady profit. The team was highly communicative, and internal stakeholders were particularly impressed with Managed Code's expertise.
(02)
Their professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions made the collaboration highly successful. Thanks to Managed Code's efforts, the AI assistant significantly improved the client's ability to serve new and existing clients, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and higher sales. The team was responsive, adaptable, and committed to excellence, ensuring a successful collaboration.
(03)
We're impressed by their expertise and their client-focused work. With an excellent workflow and transparent communication on Google Meet, email, and WhatsApp, Managed Code delivered just what the client wanted. They effortlessly focused on the client's needs by being client focused, as well.
Tech stack
Automation only helps if it acts inside your real systems. We connect to CRMs, ERPs, ticketing and helpdesk tools, email and calendars, databases, spreadsheets, and internal or third-party APIs. We also handle the unglamorous parts that decide whether automation survives: retries, idempotency so nothing fires twice, rate limits, and clean error handling on .NET and Orleans.

FAQ
Answers before the first call.
Quick answers to what comes up on every first call — about AI, speed, scope, and how we work.
Those are great until the logic gets real. When a process needs judgment, exceptions, compliance, or scale, you outgrow no-code glue. We build automation that handles the messy middle, and we'll tell you when a no-code tool is genuinely enough. See: custom AI automation vs off-the-shelf tools.
The one that's high-volume, rule-heavy, and low-joy. We map a few candidates and start with the one that pays back fastest. Intelligent automation consulting, in plain terms: pick the boring, repetitive, expensive one.
No. It removes the copy-paste and the chasing, so your team spends time on the work that needs a person. Most clients redeploy people rather than lose them.
It routes to a human. We design for the exceptions from the start: low-confidence items, unusual inputs, and anything risky get a person's eyes, not a silent guess.
We measure time saved, error rate, and throughput against a baseline we take before launch, and report on it. If it isn't paying back, you'll see that too.
First automation in production in weeks. We start narrow, prove it on real volume, then widen scope.
See our AI agent development: custom workflow, RAG, and decision agents, built by the same senior engineering team.
Tell us which workflow eats time, creates errors, or keeps landing back in a human review queue. We map the data, tools, risks, and escalation path before recommending anything.

Tell us the workflow that eats your time.
We'll map it, show you a range, and say if automation is even worth it.
